B-DETECTION PLUS ‘Next Generation’ – rethinking breathing air safety

The online breathing air measurement device B-DETECTION PLUS provides unprecedented levels of breathing air safety. Its real-time measurement function enables operators of BAUER systems to track their breathing air quality during system operation.

The safety concept of the new 2022 generation has been further advanced and perfected. Operators can now look forward to an array of new features that significantly expand the scope of application:

Both stationary models, B-DETECTION PLUS s and i, can now measure intake air or breathing cylinder air during the filling process!

All new-generation devices are now designed for measurements on BAUER compressors at up to 420 bar final pressure.

And operating costs have been slashed by a new semi-automatic process in which all sensors are calibrated simultaneously, thus reducing the volume of test gas required.
