(Phenix), a 51-year-old Riverside-based firefighting equipment manufacturer was recognized yesterday by the Riverside County Workforce Development Board with the prestigious Employer of Year Award. Riverside County has a population of approximately 2.5 million with nearly 21,000 businesses.
