YDS Boots (Goliath Footwear) are bringing the latest designs in fire and rescue footwear to this years’ Emergency Services Show. With new fabrics and sole designs for structural, wildland and rescue boots there will be plenty to come and see on stand P11.
YDS have developed the ‘Pyros’, a new quick release 8 inch rescue boot with GORE-TEX® fabric on a new DDR sole unit. YDS also bring the ‘Apollo’ to the exhibition, a new breathable wildland boot innovation featuring Tencate® fabric. Both feature lightweight aluminium toe cap protection and flexible ‘TEX’ fabric protection midsole to give the wearer greater comfort. They also feature new YDS Ortholite insoles with memory foam for superior comfort. The new developments mark an exciting new phase for YDS firefighter footwear as they work together with fire and rescue departments nationwide.
