TracPlus has appointed Phil Nunn as Chief Commercial Officer, effective 5 October 2026. He will lead the commercial team, bringing TracPlus to the agencies and operators who run and account for aerial firefighting operations around the world.
Phil was previously GM at SnapComms, where he led the company’s commercial functions through rapid growth and its acquisition by Everbridge. He then joined the Everbridge leadership team as APAC Sales Director, leading regional growth and working with enterprise and government customers across Asia-Pacific. His career has spanned sales, marketing, product, and go-to-market leadership, with a focus on building the commercial foundations that let technology businesses scale.
TracPlus has grown by working closely with the agencies and operators who use it, and Phil’s customer-led approach builds on that foundation. His focus is on bringing product, marketing, and sales together around what those customers need, and helping more agencies and operators get the most from TracPlus.
“Phil has built and scaled commercial teams through exactly the stage we’re at, working with government and enterprise customers. As more agencies move from tracking to running their operations on TracPlus, he’ll make sure product, marketing, and sales work as one team around what those customers need,” said Todd O’Hara, CEO, TracPlus.
“What attracted me to TracPlus is the opportunity to work with a business that is solving a genuinely important problem for customers operating in some of the most demanding environments imaginable. The more I learned about the customers TracPlus serves and the challenges they face, the clearer it became that there is significant potential to help them realise greater value from the technology and data available to them.
“There is a real opportunity to bring sales, marketing, and product together around the customer, build on the strong foundations already in place, and help more agencies and operators better use their data, improve situational awareness, and make more informed decisions when it matters most. I’m excited to help TracPlus realise that opportunity while staying firmly focused on the customers and the critical work they do,” said Phil Nunn, Chief Commercial Officer, TracPlus.
About TracPlus
TracPlus provides the operational data layer for aerial firefighting. We capture, structure, and deliver the data that agencies and operators across 40+ countries rely on to understand what their contracted fleets actually did, defend how public money was spent, and make better decisions next season.
CAL FIRE, Australia’s national aerial firefighting program, and New Zealand’s FENZ run on the TracPlus Mission Platform as their system of record. So do hundreds of agencies and operators across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific. Around 2,500 wildfire suppression aircraft are managed on the platform. We hold more than a billion flight records, growing by roughly a million every day.
Across 18+ years TracPlus has worked closely with the people doing the hardest work in fire, building the infrastructure that turns aviation data into operational accountability. As wildfire seasons grow longer and suppression costs face greater scrutiny, that work matters more each season.
