With its digital products, WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS offers state-of-the-art solutions for alerting, operational support, navigation and training. These include RETTERAlarm ZEUS as a central operational support system, the virtual reality training solution RETTER VR, and the new navigation and vehicle information system RETTERAlarm NAVIS. The aim is to support emergency services more efficiently in their day-to-day operations through intelligent software solutions, to simplify processes and to ensure that important information is available at all times.
Particular emphasis is placed on the new RETTERAlarm NAVIS navigation and vehicle information system. This solution, developed specifically for emergency vehicles, expands the existing RETTERAlarm product range and combines navigation, vehicle information and mission-critical data in a single centralised application. This ensures that emergency services personnel receive all the relevant information for the mission whilst en route – presented clearly and intuitively, and without causing any additional distraction.
Among other things, RETTERAlarm NAVIS enables more precise location tracking and targeted navigation to the scene of an incident. In addition, important information such as hydrants, weather data, incident feedback or status updates can be displayed directly in the vehicle. The new ‘Vehicle Login’ user permission also eliminates the need for a separate vehicle account, thereby streamlining processes and saving time.
Centralised respiratory protection monitoring is also fully integrated. Ongoing monitoring and a status overview of all respiratory protection teams in action provide additional safety and improve coordination in day-to-day operations.
The digital portfolio is rounded off by RETTERAlarm ZEUS – the central operational support system from WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS. This solution enhances RETTERAlarm with comprehensive functions for document management, operational documentation and situation management. This enables incident commanders to manage operations even more efficiently, with greater detail and greater clarity. Furthermore, ZEUS enables the display of situation maps and operational plans, as well as the central monitoring of relevant operational information. Respiratory protection monitoring is also integrated into ZEUS, providing a clear overview of all respiratory protection teams currently in operation at any given time. Furthermore, live drone footage can be integrated directly into the operational display, thereby further improving situational awareness and decision making. Rescue data sheets are also available centrally in ZEUS and can be accessed at any time. The system is complemented by an integrated hazardous substances database, which provides emergency services with rapid access to key information on hazardous substances, their properties, and appropriate protective and operational measures.
With RETTER VR, WEBER RESCUE SYSTEMS also offers a state-of-the-art virtual reality training solution for fire brigades and emergency services. The software simulates realistic technical rescue scenarios and enables practical, safe and repeatable training, independent of real vehicles or training objects. Instructors can control exercises individually, adapt scenarios and supervise training sessions directly.
