Since Silver Ships’ founding in 1985, our vision has been to provide customers with a boat designed, built, and outfitted to best meet their operational needs while offering the maximum in crew safety, outstanding performance and unrivaled durability. Silver Ships all-aluminum fire boats are designed and manufactured to accommodate marinized fire-fighting systems and custom-outfitted solutions for marine rescue missions. Our company designs and builds a wide range of fire boats, up to 65 feet in length, for use in both fresh water and salt water applications. Silver Ships fire boats are built with safety and durability in mind – they have the capability to transport crew and patients safely from water to shore and use advanced technology for remote fire monitoring.
With our corporate headquarters located in Theodore, Alabama, our production facilities are situated on a 25-acre manufacturing site and utilize state-of-the-art boatbuilding equipment. From the initial design to the final send-off, every step of the boat building process is completed in one location. Throughout our history, we have continued to fulfill our mission statement by producing high-quality aluminum boats for military, federal, state and municipal governments as well as commercial applications through collaboration with highly skilled design, engineering and production resources.
