With the prevalence of wildfires throughout the State of California, Disasters Expo USA wanted to recognize the importance of raising awareness about the damages of wildfires to understand how to best protect communities in California and globally.
According to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) & U.S. Forest Service, in 2023 there has been an estimated 4,759 wildfires reported in California. This number has dramatically risen over the past decade as now out of the 32.1 million acres of forestland in California, over 7.9 million acres of this forestland have burned and damaged by wildfires.
Disasters Expo USA is proud to be supported by some of the leading global organizations as they guide campaigns and implement strategies that are saving lives and protecting forestry from the destruction of wildfires. We will be gathering with a variety of fire specialists and keynote speakers, including leaders from Anaheim Fire and Rescue, Los Angeles County Fire Department, FEMA and California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
Furthermore, this year’s show features our Tech on Fire Trail with some of our leading exhibitors, such as Lindsey FireSense, Abel Fire Equipment and many more. This engaging section of the event aims to stimulate interaction with the latest products that provide vital protection, mitigation and recovery methods from wildfires. Our exhibitors are eliminating fire hazards through innovative technologies, services and products designed to protect civilians across the globe from wildfires.
Join us at Anaheim Convention Center on 27 & 28 September, as we host the leading event aimed at mitigating the world’s most costly disasters such as wildfires.
